• account information. your name, email, and business name when you sign up or join the waitlist.
• google business profile data. with your explicit permission, we access your google business profile through google's official apis to read reviews and post your approved responses. we do not access any data beyond what is required to provide the service.
• response history. we store reviews and the responses you approve so the service can learn your voice and show you past activity.
• usage data. basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to help us improve the product.

how we use your information

• to generate review response drafts in your voice.
• to post responses to your google business profile, but only after you approve each one.
• to communicate with you about the service.
• to improve daniel's features and accuracy.

how we use google user data

daniel's use of information received from google apis adheres to the google api services user data policy, including the limited use requirements. we do not sell, rent, or share google user data with third parties for advertising or other unrelated purposes. we do not use google user data to train generalized ai or machine learning models.

what we don't do

• we don't sell your data.
• we don't share your data with advertisers.
• we don't post anything to your google business profile without your explicit approval.
• we don't access any google data beyond what the service requires.

data storage and security

your data is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. we limit access to your data to the people who need it to operate the service.

your choices

you can disconnect daniel from your google business profile at any time from your google account permissions. you can also email us at info@usedaniel.ai to request that we delete your account and associated data.

children

daniel is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. we do not knowingly collect information from children.
