welcome to daniel. these terms govern your use of the daniel service at usedaniel.ai ("the service"), operated by JTM Media LLC ("we", "us", "our"). by using the service, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the service.
daniel helps small business owners draft and post responses to google reviews using ai. you connect your google business profile, daniel drafts responses in your voice, and you approve what gets posted.
you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to manage the google business profile you connect to daniel.
you retain ownership of your business information, reviews, and responses. by using daniel, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service to you. you are responsible for the final content of any response you approve and for ensuring it complies with google's policies and applicable law.
daniel will never post a response to your google business profile without your explicit approval of that specific response. you remain in control of what gets published.
you agree not to use daniel to:
some features of daniel may require a paid subscription. pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. you can cancel at any time.
daniel relies on google business profile apis. your use of those apis is also governed by google's terms. we are not responsible for outages, changes, or decisions made by google.
the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee that ai-generated drafts will be accurate, appropriate, or effective in every situation. you are responsible for reviewing and approving every response before it is posted.
to the maximum extent permitted by law, JTM Media LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
you can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting daniel from your google account and emailing us to request account deletion. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
we may update these terms from time to time. if we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
